Reservations
For your convenience we recommend that you call to reserve your appointments in advance and pre-book your next service prior to leaving SAS. We can then ensure that the spa technician you request will be available and the time and day that will work best for you. If you cannot honor your appointment time, please give us 24 hours notice. All appointments over a one hour time slot require a credit card guarantee.
Parking and Punctuality
Ninety minute parking is available on C Street as well as 2nd and 3rd. We recommend that you plan at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved time with us, as this will insure that you are able to fully experience our hospitality. We have reserved time especially for each guest, please keep in mind that your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to the next guest should you arrive late.
Children
Your time is of value and we want to give you the best service possible. For this reason and for reasons of safety, please find care for your little ones prior to your appointment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are transferable but non-refundable. We have no computer record of gift certificates, so please be sure to keep them in a safe place, as they are your only proof of purchase. We look forward to your use of them!
